By using Trustxplore Review Management Software (RMS), you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
- Aggregate hotel guest reviews (Google, Trustpilot, Expedia, Booking.com)
- Review analytics & reporting
- Centralized response dashboard
2. Accounts
- Must be accurate and kept confidential
- Users are responsible for activity under their accounts
3. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription-based service (monthly/annual)
- Non-refundable unless required by law
- Auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date
- Payments processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure use of review data complies with OTA rules
- No uploading unlawful or defamatory content
- Responsible for guest communication outside RMS
5. Third-Party Integrations
- RMS connects with APIs (Google, Trustpilot, Expedia)
- We are not liable for downtime or restrictions from third-party APIs
6. Data Ownership
Hotels own all guest review data imported. We process it only for providing services.
7. Intellectual Property
- RMS software & dashboards are property of Trustxplore
- Granted non-transferable, limited license to use platform
8. Limitation of Liability
- Services provided “as is”
- No liability for lost profits or reputational harm
- Liability capped at fees paid in last 12 months
9. Termination
- Accounts may be suspended for violation of Terms or non-payment
- Customers may terminate with notice
